She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis and Nick; and her brothers, Pat, Jim and Steve.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Belkosky (Kristine) and Dawn Belkosky; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Kendra, Shauna and Chrisi; her sister Linda; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie and Jane.
