He is survived by: his sister Judi Rouleau (Gilles); his nieces and nephews, Karen, Kelly, Michael and Steven; his friends, Alain and Dave; and his caregivers, Christina, Katrina, Kim, Carrie, Terri, Mathew, Joshua, Lisa and Murph.
