She was predeceased by: her husband James; her grandson Dan Boucher; her parents, William Prokopchuk and Annie Prokopchuk; her siblings, Mary Wysynski (late John), John Prokopchuk (late Ellen), William Prokopchuk (late Rita), Sophie Prokopchuk, Phyllis Symboluk (late Walter) and Paul Prokopchuk (late Gail); and her in-laws, Tom Mancuso, Rose Porcaro (Eugene), Anthony Mancuso (Eda), Dominick Mancuso (Lucy), Joseph Mancuso (Theresa) and Pete Mancuso.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Farnsworth (late William), Pat Mancuso, Chris Corboy (Robert) and Gary Mancuso; her grandchildren, David, Robert (Monica), Jennifer (Jason), Melissa (Dan), Lauren (Mike), Lindsey (Tyson) and Caitlin (Russell); her great grandchildren, Triniti, Jorjanna, Quinn, Jase, Sophie, Jaxton, Daphney, Aislyn and Nash; her grandsons, Brayden and Jack; and her siblings, Mac Prokopchuk (Greta), Gloralyn Donnelly (late Frank) and Roselyn Seguin (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) to the Ontario Finnish Resthome Association or ARCH (Children's Bereavement Program) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
