He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Tangie and Joseph Hetner; and his grandparents, Edith, John Tangie and John Hetner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Amy Hetner and Andrea Hetner; his nieces and nephews, Cristiaan, Brayden, Connor and Kevin; and his uncle Lorne Tangie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association or Big Brothers & Big Sisters - Sault Ste. Marie can be made in his honour.
