With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Neil Douglas Bennett (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Neil Douglas had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Neil Douglas may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Bennett and Joanne Boger (late Gerald). He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Netherton (Steve) and Stacey; his lifelong buddy Rod McLeod; and also, Sault Ste, Marie, Bruce Mines, Patten Lake, Whittemore and Michigan.
