With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicola Scopacasa (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nicola Scopacasa to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Domenico Scopacasa and Orsala Scopacasa; his siblings, Tino Scopacasa (late Rose), Maria Giuliano (late Tony), Brunina Lombardo (Vincenzo) and Gina Costa (Charlie); and his siblings-in-law, Deryl Biron (Valerie) and Chris Biron (Lyn).

He is survived by : his wife Cheryl; his children, Steve McQueen (Katya), Rhonda Piffero (Marc), Mark McQueen (Diane) and Dominic Scopacasa (Kirsten); his grandchildren, Ruby, Jacob McQueen, Alyshia Bisier (Kyle), Makenzie Clark (Spencer), Isabella and Nicola Scopacasa; his great grandchildren, Owen and Vada Bisier; and his niece Teresa Gavin (Jeff).

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The Marconi (450 Albert St W, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A1C3).
