He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert DeFazio and Laura DeFazio; and his sister Roberta. He is survived by: his children, Margaret and Christopher (Melinda Frank) of Toronto; his grandson Elliot DeFazio; and his siblings, John, Mark (Frances Hall), Margaret and Philip (Michele).
