With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pauline Turner (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on February 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Cassandra; her parents, Clara Elizabeth and James Andrew Waddell; and her siblings, Claire (late Edgar), Helen (late John), Margaret (late Reginald) and Jim (Nora).
She is survived by: her children, Edward Turner (Jean), Elizabeth Turner, Jeff Turner (Tara) and Annette Yanni (Michael); her grandchildren, Jackie, Adrian, Jack, Jessica, Felicia and Michaela; her great grandchildren, Sam, Claire, Ellie and Ben; and her niece Clara Miehm (David).
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gregory's Church (71 Estelle St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6C2C3).
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste Marie or the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
