He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Beard and Howard (Nancy Livingston). He is survived by: his children, Gillane Parkinson (Shawn), Sean Beard, Melissa Valente and Alana Jones (Kyle); his grandchildren, Ella, Lola Valente, Noah, Luca, Aliyah Jones, Rylea, Quinton Parkinson, Jaden and Curtis Beard; his siblings, Paul Livingston (Pat), Nancy McNelly (Wayne), Mike Beard (Linda), Bob Livingston (Darlene), Diane Hooey (Steve) and Ted Livingston (Louise); and his siblings-in-law, Fred and Debbie Barsanti.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Northwood Funeral Home Chapel (942 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
