He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Forbes and Gordon Forbes; his father-in-law Ed Catling; his brother Michael Zuke (Valerie); and his brothers-in-law, Kevin Catling and Wayne Catling (Seija).

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Forbes (Catling); his children, Randi-Lyn Forbes, Jennifer Forbes (Roman Kaminski) and Jordan Forbes (Brianna); his grandchildren, Hudson and Ruby; his stepsons, Bradford Kilcup (Amanda) of Dundern Saskatchewan, Roger Kilcup (Amelia) and Alex Kilcup of Toronto Ontario; his mother-in-law Rose Hannah (Don) of Grimsby; his siblings, Carole Zuke Naslovar, Debbie Zuke and Bob Zuke; and his sister-in-law Donna Wagner (Steve) of Beamsville Ontario.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association or Tracy's Dream would be appreciated by the family.
