He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Hamilton and Betty Hamilton; and his sister Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Hamilton; his children, Meredith Sewell (Joey) and Bradley Hamilton (Keira); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Emily, Mya, Jack and Levi; and his pet Lola. He is also survived by his son, daughter-in-law and grandkids.
