In the sacred silence of farewell, Rita is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeanne Gignac and Abraham Gignac of Spanish, Ontario.; her husband Frank Capy; and her son Stephen (Susan). She is survived by: her children, Frank, Janet (Donnie), Joyce and Jennifer (Scott).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A2L9). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to a charity of your choice in her honour.
