He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, David (Colleen) and Lance; his grandson Cody (Alicia); his great grandchildren, Elyjah and Aleighya; his close friend Virginia "Ginny" Koftinoff; his aunt Margaret "Bunny" Erickson; his foster parents, Raymond Beharriell and Audrey Beharriell; his foster siblings, Arden, Roxanne and Darren; and his stepchildren, Natasha Wainwright and Jonathan Southwick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) to the Brain Injury Association of Sault Ste. Marie and District would be greatly appreciated.
