With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemarie Sweeney (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on May 11, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Barry and Mabel Barry; her brother Michael Barry; and her siblings-in-law, Gloria and John (Pat).
She is survived by : her husband Ray Sweeney; her children, Shelly and Christie (Ken); her grandchildren, Casey and Jodie; her great grandchild Jordan; her stepdaughters, Lisa and Tricia Sweeney; her grandchildren, Ray, Rachel, Christina and Elizabeth; her brother Jack Barry; her uncle Bill Louttit; her cousin Sherry Loutitt; her goddaughter Lara Gallant; her siblings-in-law, Mary McMinn (late Gary), Dan (Jane), Anna, Louise (late Bob), Brian (Sue) and Mike; her aunts, Mary, Laura Ann, Roseanne, Katherine, Angela and Anita; and her caregivers, Susan and Ashley Ann. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie would be appreciated.
