She was predeceased by: her husband Francesco Chilelli (Frank); her parents, Vincenzo Brogno and Assunta Brogno; her brother Giovanni Brogno (Lena); her parents-in-law, Rosa and Vincenzo Chilelli; and her siblings-in-law, Maria Capiscolto (late Ermanno), John (late Rita) and Tony (Rita).
She is survived by: her children, Vincent (Lillian), Linda Polito (Frank), Adriana Brunet (late Darren) and Sergio (Adela); her grandchildren, Frank (Emily), Nicholas, Samantha (Sebastian), Vanessa (Kevin), Jarod (Haley), Joshua (Sarah) and Michael; her pets, Kita, Scooter and Maddie; her great grandchildren, Jayleigh, Maisie and Olivia Rose; and her siblings-in-law, Alda Gualtieri (late Emilio) of Italy, Ottorino (late Alice) and Rino (late Maria).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the O'sullivan Funeral Home (215 St James St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A1P7). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (27 Fourth Line E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K8).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Finnish Resthome Foundation (https://www.canadahelps.org) (OFRF). Payable by cheque or online to the charity.
