He is survived by: his wife Danielle; his father Chuck Collins; his siblings, Christopher Collins, Cindy Ingram and Josh Ingram (Danaé); his in-law Simone Benoit; his nieces and nephews, Riley, Sarah, Blythe and Adia; and his brothers, Dean, Jason, Jamie, Travis and Mike. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
