He was predeceased by: his grandson Matthew Patrie; his siblings, George Palahnuk (Mary), Paul Palahnuk (late Anne), Anne Garson (Bob) and Wilma Garson (Glenn); and his parents, Stanley Palahnuk and Catherine Palahnuk.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Palahnuk; his children, Edward Palahnuk of Winnipeg, Christopher Palahnuk, Stephanie Palahnuk of Sault Ste and Marie; his grandchildren, Kristopher Palahnuk (Ally), Dalton Newman, Ashley Newman (Dylan), Jordan Palahnuk, Jessica Gabriel and Mitchell Palahnuk; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Axel, Raelynn, Ezra, Beau, Valentina, Kaysen and Jacob; and his brothers, Henry Palahnuk (Sharon), Peter Palahnuk (Sandra) and Frank Palahnuk (Mavis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 2L9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
