He was predeceased by: his wife Emily; his daughter Janice (Tony); his parent Mary Grace Ford Borland (Marie); and his stepbrothers, Bruce and Hugh Borland.
He is survived by: his sister Emily; his children, Bill Jr. (Karin) and Leslie; his grandchildren, Melanie, Kate, Alisa (Lance), Aaron, Graeme and Malcolm; and his great grandchildren, Ariel, Autumn, Maya and Ellianna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
