He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Kathy Danz; his parents, Violet Danz and Bud Danz; his children, Robert Danz (Jennifer), Cassie Danz (Toni) and Lindsay Danz (Chris); his grandchildren, Alex Onishenko, Kaelan Danz, Noah Danz, Alyssa Hutson, Aiden Danz and Naomi Danz; his great grandchild Amadeus Danz; his siblings, Pat Stanghetta (Phillip) and Brenda McMillian (Mel); his sibling-in-law Lyndy Moore; his friend Andrea Marshall; his pets, KayD, Homer, Penny and Roberta; and his friend Algoma Steel. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
