He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Morton and Margaret Morton; his in-laws, Mary and John Novitski; his siblings, Ruth Lamoureux (Gus), John and Dennis; and his sister-in-law Susan Novitski.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Cheryl Dinsdale (Greg), Heather and Janice (Neil Taylor); his grandchildren, Willow, Jasmine and Derek; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Morton (late Dennis), Judy Miron (late Ray) and Pat Novitski (late Oryst). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the St. Luke's Cathedral (160 Brock St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A3B7). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
