He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Smith and Murry Smith; and his brothers, Randy, Patrick and Michael.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Ann McCarthy; and his siblings, Eric (late Maria), Judy Taylor (Dave), Kathy Amin (late Mo) and Wendy McLeod.
