With sadness, we share the passing of Winnifred Joyce Walsh (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario). Winnifred passed away on July 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stan Sharpe and Ruby Sharpe. She is survived by: her siblings, Lillian Belair (Roger), Cathy Sharpe and Len Sharpe (Brenda); her brother-in-law Aird Fisher; her children, Kevin Fisher (Diane Brown) and Shawna Armitage (Jamie); her grandchildren, Ewan and Madelyn; her siblings, Bertha Sharpe, Ken Wong (Carol), Ian Sharpe and Ed Sharpe (Michelle); and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Weir and Kemp Fisher. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated by the family.
