She was predeceased by: her mother Aila Onerva Jalo (Taskinen); and her husband Taito. She is survived by: her children, Arja Vainio (Ari), Liisa Contini (late Michael), Eeva Jalo, Sakari Jalo (Susan) and Mirja Wollens (Ken).
In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated by the family to Suomikoti Toronto where Mom lived for many years.
