He was predeceased by: his parents, Friedrich and Ljubica; his wife Christiane; and his brother Peter Sattelmayer. He is survived by: his daughter Lynda Satelmajer; his son-in-law Patrick Moore; his sibling Ivanka Rada; his siblings-in-law, Hartmut Beyer and Teresa Sattelmayer; and his uncle Ujko.
