She was predeceased by: her son Ian Murdoch. She is survived by: her husband Alexander Sandy Murdoch; her children, Peigi Murdoch-Morris and Douglas Murdoch; her children-in-law, Marilyn Murdoch, Clifford Morris and Ann Kus; her grandchildren, Corinne Morris, Sheena Morris-Hunter, Nathan Murdoch and Nick Murdoch; and her goddaughter Lori Belcour.

It was her wish that in lieu of flowers, you celebrate her life by "brightening someone's day with a visit or phone call in the near future.". If you wish to make a donation in her name please do so to your own favourite charity or to the Scarborough General Hospital.
