He was predeceased by : his parents, Stewart Cleland and Pearl Cleland; and his sister Ishbel Toon. He is survived by : his siblings, Peter (Suzanne), Derek (Barbara) and Maggie (Mike Kerkhoff); his aunt Joy; and his uncle Alvin Brownlee. He is also survived by 7 nieces and 3 nephews.
Due to Covid, there will be a family service at a time when it is safe to gather.
