She was predeceased by: her spouse William J. Guthrie. She is survived by: her children, Lorie J. Phair (James) and Ryan Guthrie (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Alex (Carma), Harlan (Holly), Kelly (Natasha), Pamela and Kira (Roman); and her great grandchildren, Henry and Liam.
