“In loving memory of Michael Goulais, a true friend of many. I was blessed to be one of them, meeting him first when he helped me greatly to lease my first shopping centre in 1979, Northgate Square in North Bay. We then partnered in several ventures with Mike always offering his sage advice. But it didn't stop there as we became personal friends too, enjoying father-son trips to Disneyland and to DisneyWorld with our oldest sons. He meant a lot to me and I'll miss him very much.”
