We are sad to announce that, on September 23, 2020, at the age of 87, Patrick Joseph O'Brien in Scarborough, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Eileen. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Linda (Mike), Tammy (Jim), Patrick (Rochelle) and Michael (Anne); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Gage, Hayden and Ivy; and his siblings, Norah (late Leo) and Michael.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
