He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wade and Betty Wade; and his wife Lorraine Wade. He is survived by: his sister Debbie (Jim); his children, Laurel (Nebojsa), Mark, Gregory (Carly) and Sean; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Finley, Spencer and Liam.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Salvation Army or The Toronto Star Fresh Air Fund (Help Send Kids to Camp).
