Sivaraja Gnanapandithen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sivaraja Gnanapandithen (Scarborough, Ontario), who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Valliappa Gnanapandithen and Rasamma Gnanapandithen; and his siblings, Thiagarajah, Canagarajah, Nadarajah, Rajarajeswary, Sundarapathmavathy and Dhamayanthy.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Marie Gnanapandithen; his children, Kohilam Ramachandran (Murali Ramachandran), Dharshini Loo (Paul Loo), Kumudini Gnanapandithen (Paresh Shah) and Prithviraj Gnanapandithen (Luisa Avila); his grandchildren, Saravanan, Surendran, Jordan, Alexander, Alayna and Rehan; and his sister Sundareswary.
Due to the COVID pandemic restrictions, the funeral will be limited to 10 family members.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to Culturelink Settlement and Community Services supporting newcomers to Canada.
