He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Edward Alexander McCullogh. He is survived by: his parent Irene Louise Shannon McCullogh; his sisters, Elizabeth Julia and Patricia Marian; his child Keith; his wife Shirley; his children, Richard William, Peter Edward and Isabel; his brother James McCullogh of Montreal; and his grandchildren, Emily, Eamonn, Gabriel and Jane. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
