He is survived by: his wife Joanne Duggan; his children, Shannon Morse (Ian), Peter Russell Duggan and Kaitlyn Duggan (Leo Papail); his grandchildren, Sophie, Catherine, Easton and Sawyer; his siblings, Mike Duggan (late Jeannie), Joe Duggan (Sharon), Mary McBride (Jack), Kathy Crane (Bill), Donna Duggan, Jim Duggan (Marianne), John Duggan (Anne) and Jerry Duggan (Melody); his siblings-in-law, Carol Boyd (Clarence), Brad Sloan (Nancy Coulter), Gord Sloan, Sandra O'Hara (Dennis O'Hara) and Lorie Sloan (Warren Court); and his pet Gibbs.
