She is survived by: her husband Michael; her parents, Shawn Bence and Diane Bence; her sisters, Shannon Roberts (Warren) of Vancouver Island and Alannah Bence; her nephew Raylen; her nieces, Riley and Madeline; her grandmothers, Paula Bence and Elaine Whittaker; her mother-in-law Iris Anderson; her friend Lindsay; and her pets, Rory, Liam and Fintan. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law and sister-in-law; and their children.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tannis' name to Detroit Pit Crew Dog Rescue and Stand Up for Pits Foundation.
