He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Larone; his grandson Matt; and his parents, Elmer Larone and Norah Larone. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy (Peter Mordaunt), Bonnie (Tom Johnston) and Kathy (Steve Huether); his grandchildren, Jenny (Henry), Ian (Diana), Christine (Eric), Robert (Amy), Shane (Melissa), Sarah (JJ), Dean (Shelby), Ray and Kenny (Sarah); his stepchildren, Adam Scott and Alanna Scott (Hercules Fortis); and his stepgrandchildren, Kaia, Max and Oscar.

Donations to the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
