She was predeceased by: her husband Len Elmes; her parents, Russ Rilett and Annie Rilett (Brown); and her siblings, Volaine (Jim Hodgins), Laurence Rilett and Eloy (Reenie Rilett).

She is survived by: her children, Kathy, Dave Trumble, Kitt and Catherine Elmes; her grandchildren, Derek, Katrina Elmes and Wes Elmes (Darren Avery); her great grandchildren, Dawson and Briar Elmes; her children, Evan, Olivia, Jean and Travis Breton; her grandchildren, Jacob and Emily; and her siblings, Larry (Bonnie Rilett) and Mary Rilett.
