He was predeceased by: his daughter Sherry Pfaff. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Pfaff, Laurie (Fred Ranter), Pat De Jongh and Mark (Paula Stackhouse); his grandchildren, Dean (Michelle), Shane (Cheryl), Jeni Mae (Bryan), Jennifer (Josh), Craig (Vicki), Lindsay, Aaron, Brett, Cory and Bailey; his great grandchildren, Emma, Dylan, Jake, Lauren, Keagan, Madi, Octavia, Phoenix and Autumn; and his siblings, Lois Tapley, Gil Stackhouse and Steven Stackhouse.
