He was predeceased by: his father James Jensen of Leamington. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra McGregor; his parent Shirley Jensen; his brother Tim Jensen (Mary) of North Carolina; and his stepdaughter Casandra Azer (Derek) of Wasaga Beach. He is also survived by his sister-in laws, brother in-laws, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
