He is survived by: his wife Grace Koskamp; his children, Jane (Bill Kroesbergen), Arlene (John Meinen), Christine (John Kroesbergen), Fred (Irene Koskamp) and Henry (Ingeborg Koskamp); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Otten and Marie Bergsma.
