With sadness, we share the passing of Katharina Walter (Sebringville, Ontario). Katharina, born on January 30, 1931, passed away on September 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Barbara Stumper (Christmann); her parents, Johann Krifka and Elisabeth Krifka (Stumper); her siblings, Mathias "Matzi" and Lissi; her sons, Michael, Harold "Harry" Munz (Hartwig Munz) and Hartwig Munz; and her daughters-in-law, Eva Munz and Ursala Munz.
She is survived by: her sons, Peter Walter (Lois) and Johann "Hans" Walter (Cliofina "Doris"); her daughters-in-law, Sonja Munz, Patrica Munz and Kim Reid; and her grandchildren, Johann (Hansi), Vivian, Thomas, Emily, Analise, Nicklaus Walter, Philipp, Daniel, Oliver, Stefan Munz, Aaron and Matthew Munz. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the 2nd St. John's Lutheran Church (4802 Line 42, R. R. # 1, Sebringville, ON N0K1X0). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
