He is survived by: the father of his child Duane Harvey (Carolyn); his daughter Michelle Thoms (Steve); the mother of his children Carol Harvey; his grandchildren, Cole, Ryan, Dylan, Siryn, Joel and Mitchell; his sister-in-law Linda Smith (Eric); and his sibling's children, Angela Stanley, Derek and Corey Smith.
