She was predeceased by: her spouse Glen Martin; her daughter Cindy Huntley; and her siblings, Jim McCullough (Judy), Jack and Mary Dale (late George).

She is survived by: her children, Connie, Jack Hart of Enterprise, Colleen, Albert Jelley of Yarker, Terry Martin of London, Karen and Ben Kelly of Camden East; her grandchildren, Jennifer McGrath (Gerry), Brian Hart (Sara), Adam Jelley (Kristina), Jaime Lynn Jelley (Salar), Nicole Celestini (Chase), Joshua Tuepah, Jordan Bouchard-Bourdeau (Julien), Shannon Kelly (Cody), Alicia and Michaela Huntley; her great grandchildren, Sophie, Harrison, Emmett, Connor, Kinley, Colton, Emma and Bailey; and her siblings, Helen Brown (late Doug), Leonard (late Joan), George (Betty), Donald (Gail) and Arthur McCullough (Diane). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations (by cheque please) to the Selby United Church or the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
