He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith (Rapp); his children, Amanda Smith, Twila Smith (Rick) and Chad Smith; his granddaughter Grace Smith; and his brother John Smith (Anne). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
