Paula Tuuliki Kontio Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paula Tuuliki Kontio of Shebandowan, Ontario, who passed away on September 25, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Manne Korpela and Helmi Korpela; her friends, Hilda Tiitto and Sirkka Ahola; her brother Olavi Korpela; her husband Arvi Kontio; and her mother-in-law Heleena Kontio.

She is survived by: her children, Katherine Swerhun (Allen) and Henry Kontio (Shelley); and her grandsons, Andrew Kontio, Shane Kontio, Mekaal Swerhun and Chris Swerhun.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hilldale Lutheran Church.
