He is survived by: his children, John Meulendyks (Sandra), Elly (late Stan) of Deckere and Angie Haasen (Rick); his son-in-law Cameron Shiell (late Martina Meulendyks); his grandchildren, Derek, Mark, Michael, Teresa Meulendyks, Marcia of Deckere, Nick (Rebecca) of Deckere, Alex (Paige) of Deckere, Maria Herr, Justin Haasen, Alena van Trigt (Ian), Hannah Petric (Alex), Marie Therese Haasen (Zachary Thompson), Christopher Haasen (Sarah), Mary Clare Kupferschmidt (Daniel), Bernadette Haasen and Andrew Haasen; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Sybilla, Josephine, Autumn, Ivy, Noah, Connor, Zachary, Felix, Gilbert, Edward, Genevieve and Elias; and his siblings, Jerry Meulendyks (Judy), Petra Van Brussel (Gerard), Tiny Sleeger (Tom) and Henk Meulendyks (Ria).
