He is survived by: his wife Gail McDonald; his children, Allan McDonald (Allan Co), Angela Barrett (Dave), Daniel McDonald (Stephanie), Donald R. McDonald (Rachel), Tina Doherty (Keith) and Annette Nicholson (late Richard); his grandchildren, Jacob, Jaime, Rowan, Ashley, Alysha, Anthony and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Theo and Ellie.
