He was predeceased by: his sons, Matthew and Micheal; his grandchildren, Samantha, Kirsten, Kaitlin, Tessa Alex (Devon) and Zander; his great grandchildren, Mia, Delilah and Ella; his father Douglas Cosby; and his sister Gail Cosby.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cosby of Alberta; his mother Bonnie Madere; and his siblings, Rene Madere and Cindy Mitchell.
