He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Dykstra and Grace Dykstra; his siblings, Peter Dykstra, Andy Dykstra and Gunny of Hann; and his brothers-in-law, Clarence Heida, Gordon Spiering and Teun of Hann.
He is survived by: his children, Peter Andrew Dykstra and Wilma Cora Grace Bussi (Bernie Bussi); his grandchildren, Alex, Michelle Dykstra, Nicholas and Anita Bussi; his close friend Jenny Dykstra; his siblings, Mary Spiering, Trix Heida, Bill Dykstra (Henny), John Dykstra (Marty) and Bruce Dykstra (Vicky); and his siblings-in-law, Jane Dykstra and Hessa Dykstra. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
