He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Cada and Elizabeth Cada (Corbiere); his sisters, Freda Cada and Celina Carroll (Tina); his brother-in-law Fred Ardis; and his parents-in-law, Wesley Freeman, Margaret Fleury, Susan Keats, Edward Freeman, Bob Pratt, Elsie Rogers (Tom), Thomas Freeman (Bonnie) and John Edward.

He is survived by : his wife Carol; his children, Dale, Celina Mantasawagon (Daley) and Brenda Tobias; his grandchildren, Dustin and Cheyenne; his sisters, Lorna Horlacher (Peter), Doreen Ardis and Betty Ann Price (Martin); his parents-in-law, Marion Pratt, Linda Rider (Dave) and Olive Thompson (Ralph); his niece Elizabeth Carroll (Beth); and his foster children, Caine and Xavior. He is also survived by his other nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions, all visitations and funeral mass will be by invite only.
