He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Wassegijig and Isaac Niganiwina; and his sister Cecile. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Wassegijig of M'Chigeeng, Darlene Niganiwina (Keith Madill) of Hamilton, Karen Servant (Don) of Niagara Falls and Calvin Wassegijig (Lisa) of Hamilton; and his niece Stephanie. He is also survived by many other cousins and many, many friends.
